  • Learn by doing -- one of the best ways to master both subject matter & skills. The individual project “YOU” that we will work on together, asks you to put coaching material into practice with regular check-ins and feedbacks.

  • Begin with some specific objective. (What are you trying to change or accomplish?)

  • Use SMART goals methodology to define KPIs of success on the objectives you set for yourself.

  • Keep track of your progress through a regular progress tracker shared between you & me.
